I see myself so much more now, that I was so trapped, really, in my mind world

My name is Tamera, and I am 27 years old. I went to the seminar, not really expecting much, but they had a lot of people giving testimonials about how this meditation changed their lives, and they were so so happy after doing it, so grateful. So I said “Ok, I’m going to give it a try”. The mind that I had before was like a dirty house. I was like compulsive hoarder or something, but I didn’t know it at that time. I just didn’t have any idea that I had been onto all of this junk really. And after meditating now, I have beautiful house with organized furniture. It felt like everything is dusted and vacuumed and the dishes are washed, and the laundry is done. It’s just so beautiful to be inside. That’s how I feel really in my mind. It’s just so peaceful to be inside now. I see myself so much more now that I was so trapped in my mind world. In the beginning, I was told ‘Oh, you have been living in your mind world your whole life’, and I had no idea what that meant. I was kind of like ‘Of course I have been living in my mind world, I mean, who else’s mind world would I be living in other than my own?’ It wasn’t really until I passed level 6 that I really saw ‘Oh, I really understand I have been living in my mind, just been so trapped’ So, it was quite an experience to see how much I changed, truly. I was able to go from being caught up and stressed always with thoughts racing around in my mind to place of just pure peace not really having any worries and all the anxiety day to day. Happiness comes from being free from not constantly being stuck in the like rat race in my mind. It’s like being able to let go of things, being able to say “Okay, that could have been better, but I’m going to move on now” That’s really where happiness, to me, comes from. But if you understand that the reason why you are not happy is because of yourself in a way. Then, at least to go off of that, you have an inkling of an idea that you need to change. Then, meditation! That’s where the power comes in because if you yourself have that motivation to know that you want to change, then you can really do a lot. You can subtract a lot and really be stress free from this meditation. If you follow the method, which is, to me, the most beautiful method I have ever seen in my life, if you follow the method, and you just keep at it and you don’t give up, you will see the benefits. You will see the changes and people around you will see the changes. The world becomes so beautiful when you do this meditation.
